    Company Background:
    A leading digital OOH company in the UK is on a mission to digitize and redefine the Advertising ecosystem by creating a data-driven platform for advertisers and landlord partners.

    Role Background:
    The Senior Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategy and driving the brand positioning of the company. This role requires a dynamic and forward-thinking individual who understands the media sector and can support the Marketing & Partnerships Director to maximize visibility and market presence.

    In Spring 2025, a new consumer-facing app will launch. The app, designed for OOH journey planning and rewards, allows motorists to plan stops based on their preferences while earning points that can be redeemed for in-store rewards and retail affiliate offers. This unique role will be split 50% between B2B marketing, focusing on promoting the company to clients and agencies, and 50% on a B2C proposition, driving uptake of the app and managing consumer engagement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Proactively creative, always seeking new ways to bring the company's propositions to life in the marketplace.
    • Skilled in producing insights and collateral that support the initiatives of the sales team.
    • Comfortable understanding the data proposition and translating it into new insights.
    • An excellent writer able to take on information and produce compelling presentations, case studies, social content, and internal and external newsletters.
    • A project manager and event organizer, able to manage multiple stakeholders to meet deadlines.
    • Support in the management of the app’s marketing plan, working with appointed agencies (e.g., Social, Influencer, PR) to ensure delivery according to brief and timeline.
    • Assist in developing and managing the app’s CRM system.
    • Keep a keen eye on trends and news impacting the business.
    • Line manage and support Marketing Executives.

    Skills and Experience:

    • 5+ years’ experience.
    • Passionate about media and skilled in communicating with agencies and clients.
    • Comfortable with data and extracting insights.
    • Experience working with and managing agency partners.
    • Preferred experience with both B2B and B2C marketing.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and content management platforms (e.g., WordPress, Mailchimp, Hubspot).
