The Role

We’re looking for a commercially-minded and passionate Audio Group Head to lead key agency relationships and drive revenue across a market-leading portfolio of radio brands and digital audio platforms. You’ll be at the forefront of airtime trading, creative solution selling, and digital audio growth – all while positioning our client’s audio offering as the go-to media partner for some of the UK’s biggest agencies.

Your mission? Make it easy and compelling for agencies to buy into our client’s audio brands and audiences – with a focus on Hearts & Science and MGOMD.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and grow airtime revenue and increase share of spend from your agency patch

  • Develop deep, strategic relationships with key agency contacts – particularly across investment and partnership teams

  • Drive demand for digital audio via audioXi

  • Manage the trading deal and ensure all commercial and service KPIs are hit

  • Champion the audio proposition and promote the value of the brand portfolio in market

  • Collaborate with Account Directors and Creative/Client teams to respond to briefs with standout creative solutions

  • Proactively seek out incremental revenue opportunities – using insight and initiative to craft smart, strategic solutions

  • Lead, mentor and inspire a high-performing team of Account Directors, Managers, and Planners

  • Work cross-functionally with creative, client, and leadership teams to deliver best-in-class service and results

What We’re Looking For

  • A customer-first mindset and a real passion for helping agencies achieve great outcomes

  • Strong experience working with network media agencies – Omnicom knowledge a big plus

  • Solid contacts across planning, investment, and partnership teams

  • Passion for audio and confidence in selling across a portfolio of audio brands

  • A strong grasp of the wider media landscape (especially broadcast & digital)

  • Experience proactively growing business and unlocking new revenue opportunities

  • Top-tier presentation and communication skills – you can inspire and influence

  • A proven track record in landing big-ticket partnership campaigns

  • Strong leadership skills – you know how to coach and motivate high-performing teams

  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, matrix structure

  • A positive, can-do attitude that reflects our client’s values and a love for what they do
