    The Opportunity

    As the International Sales Manager - UK, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by leveraging an extensive portfolio of thematic brands. Working collaboratively with teams in multiple countries, you will create and deliver campaigns that meet and exceed sales targets.     Key Responsibilities

    • Revenue Growth: Drive Pan-European campaign sales from the UK, achieving and exceeding weekly, monthly, and annual targets.
    • Strategic Selling: Develop compelling sales pitches aligned with the overall strategy, leveraging leading brands in categories like tech, lifestyle, fashion, health, food, interiors, and sports.
    • Client Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with UK agencies, direct clients, PRs, and specialist buyers to expand the client base and grow existing accounts.
    • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with editorial, ad operations, project management, and tech teams to create innovative and effective proposals.
    • Pipeline Management: Maintain and report accurate sales forecasts, ensuring consistent progress toward revenue goals.
    • Performance Monitoring: Oversee campaign performance, collaborating with internal teams to optimize outcomes and maintain client satisfaction.
    • Category Expansion: Build on a successful track record in tech and use case studies to drive growth across other sectors.
    • Market Visibility: Increase visibility among major agencies and clients, identifying new revenue opportunities and promoting unique selling points.
    • Best Practices: Champion sales excellence, creating case studies and sharing insights to elevate team performance.

    What We’re Looking For

    The ideal candidate is driven, strategic, and ready to excel in a fast-paced sales environment. You should have:

    • Experience: 2+ years in digital media sales
    • Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the digital media landscape, including partnerships, agency sales, social, and multi-channel campaigns.
    • Sales Expertise: Proven ability in proactive sales, business development, and negotiation.
    • Presentation Skills: Confidence in crafting and delivering impactful presentations to senior clients and agencies.
    • Organizational Skills: Expertise in pipeline development, multi-project management, and readiness for commercial opportunities.
    • Relationship Building: A track record of building strong relationships with agencies and clients.
    • Commercial Acumen: Strong numerical skills, a knack for creative problem-solving, and the ability to analyze and meet KPIs.

    • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills, including the ability to create engaging sales materials.
