    Company Background:
    A leading digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) company on a mission to redefine the motorway services advertising ecosystem. With a focus on creating a cutting-edge, data-driven platform, the company is transforming advertising at motorway service areas across the UK.

    Role Background:
    The Senior Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategy and brand positioning of the company. Reporting to the Marketing & Partnerships Director, this role requires a dynamic and creative individual with a strong understanding of the media sector to increase market visibility. This role will be split 50% B2B, marketing to clients and agencies, and 50% B2C, driving uptake and engagement for a new consumer-facing app launching in Spring 2025.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Creative Campaigns: Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to bring the company’s proposition to life in the marketplace.
    • Content Creation: Produce insights, presentations, case studies, social media content, and newsletters for internal and external communications.
    • Data-Driven Insights: Translate data propositions into actionable insights that support sales and marketing initiatives.
    • Project Management: Oversee marketing projects, collaborating with internal teams and agency partners to ensure delivery on time and to brief.
    • App Marketing: Manage the marketing plan for the new consumer-facing app, coordinating with agencies (social media, influencer, PR) to ensure timely and effective execution.
    • CRM Management: Develop and manage the CRM system to drive consumer engagement and retention.
    • Industry Awareness: Keep up with market trends and news to provide strategic recommendations for business growth.
    • Team Leadership: Support and line manage the Marketing Executives to ensure alignment and productivity across the team.

    Skills and Experience:

    • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in media or advertising.
    • Passionate about media with an understanding of how to communicate effectively to both agencies and clients.
    • Experience in data analytics and extracting insights for marketing initiatives.
    • Proven track record in managing agency partners.
    • Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing (preferred).
    • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM systems such as WordPress, Mailchimp, and Hubspot.
